Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Review and classify pharmaceutical information from automated or manual sources using established procedures with minimal supervision.

• Validate information through secondary research from credible industry sources.

• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, escalating systemic issues as required.

• Follow detailed process documentation and SOPs, escalating issues and recommending improvements where necessary.

• Collaborate with peers to resolve classification discrepancies.

• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new analysts on established workflows.

• Collaborate across teams to align classification rules and data quality expectations

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-Graduate/Doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field. \Minimum 2+ years of experience in research, data entry, or related analytical roles, and/or commensurate skills. \Fluent English verbal and written communication

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).

• Advanced secondary research skills.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical product lifecycles and regulatory sources.

• Ability to work independently and mentor junior colleagues.
