Roles and Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting Clinical Project Managers with project administration, including developing documents, reviewing presentations, and participating in meetings and calls.
Acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of study deliverables.
Supporting project start-up, execution, and close-out activities, including finance-related tasks like invoice reconciliation and forecasting support.
Monitoring project progress, responding to inquiries, communicating with clients, and serving as acting Project Manager when needed.
Ensuring adherence to project timelines by tracking outstanding items, resolving client issues, and supporting logistics and materials distribution.
Verifying protocol imaging requirements are met and queries are appropriately addressed.
Maintaining quality standards by adhering to SOPs, executing protocol functions according to GCP, ICH, and FDA guidelines, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Contributing to team efforts, attending trainings, and performing other duties as assigned.
What We Look For
Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 1+ years in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, clinical research, or clinical imaging studies preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; healthcare, medical, clinical research, or imaging experience is a plus.
Experience with imaging protocols, data verification, and query resolution is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting.
Adaptable to changing priorities, pragmatic, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Professional and positive attitude in all interactions.
