Clinical Chart Reviewer (IKS)

Roles and Responsibilities

As a leading US healthcare clinical services player, IKS is looking for qualified physicians to
build, deliver, standardise and scale such service(es) and solutions to its clients. The key
responsibilities of the job may include:

● Ability to review the patient’s longitudinal medical record & triage potential conditions
based on symptoms, medications, labs, clinical notes, social & family history among
other data points.

● Understanding value-based healthcare in the US particularly key concepts associated
with patient risk, major conditions and comorbidities driving healthcare utilisation and
consumption, and key shifts in value based care.

● Conducting deep and thorough evaluation(s) of patient documents to identify missed
diagnoses, gaps in care and/or other evidence of risks, diseases and occurrences that
could meaningfully increase the patient’s risks for a poor outcome
