Specifically, the Medical Record Reviewer will:

• Review, interpret, and extract essential details from medical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

• Organize medical events in a structured, chronological format to create a Pertinent Events Timeline (PET) for case analysis.

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word to summarize critical medical information, highlighting relevant diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing documentation that may impact case review or medical decision-making.

• Work closely with internal teams, providing well-structured medical summaries that support litigation, claims review, or other case needs.

Skills for success:

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with document management tools to ensure the creation of comprehensive and reliable medical summaries.

• Experience working in growing, fast-paced organization with a dynamic environment.

Experience.

• 2+ years of relevant medical summarization experience in the Health Care Industry.

• Medical billing will be an added advantage.

• Experience working directly with a US or UK client.

• Excellent track record in previous Client support/Customer Service engagements.
