To ensure wearing the PPEs while working in routine operation/maintenance of any machine as per requirements and inform supervisor/individual regarding a safety/ Hazard concern in area.
To adhere with current Good Manufacturing Practice(cGMP), Good Document Practice (GDP), Standard Operating procedure (SOP) & Data Integrity Principles i.e., ALCOA+.
To ensure cleanliness and environmental norms of clean room and ensure availability of clean room garments and goggles.
To ensure clean room behaviour and entry exit procedure followed as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
To ensure availability of Batch manufacturing Record (BMR) for execution as per plan & submission of executed BMR to QA Department in timely manner.
To perform and ensure CIP-SIP process is carried out as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
To perform batch Filling and capping operation as per SOP and BMR.To perform the integrity test of filter within defined frequency as per SOP.
To adhere with process of reconciliation of material after completion of batch and ensure Software entry completed after completion of filling activity.
To maintain & analyse product wise rejection trend & ensure corrective actions are taken for smooth operations.
To perform or ensure activity of calibration, audit trial, recipe parameters, history report, cleaning of defined equipment are performed within defined timeline & frequency in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
To ensure the status tags are displayed properly as per Standard Operating Procedure.
To co-ordinate with engineering department for the plant & area related repair, maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
To communicate with supervisor for production activity and plan.
To stop the activity and inform to superior if any non-conformance found in activity
To give training/guidance to team member/workers/operators and ensure completion of training within timeline.
