Role Summary

This role involves leading the medical team to ensure the scientific, technical, and ethical integrity of all policies and initiatives for the allocated Pfizer Business Unit. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic/Policy:

• Provide tactical and strategic insights to Product Management for ethical product promotion.

Operational:

• Develop and support medical initiatives, brand plans, and clinical/medical-marketing programs.

• Review and approve CME materials, promotional content, and training documents while ensuring compliance.

• Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through customized interactions such as advisory boards and CME programs.

Clinical Research:

• Plan, review, and oversee Phase IV, PMS, and observational studies.

• Assist with NDAs, publications, and data analysis for locally sponsored studies.

Medical Information:

• Deliver accurate, timely medical information to sales teams and HCPs.

Sales Force Training:

• Train sales staff on medical aspects, product knowledge, and launch strategies.

New Product Development:

• Support global product launches through market research, stakeholder mapping, and evaluation.

• Assist in developing local formulations and gaining internal and regional approvals.
