• The role involves leading the medical team to ensure ethical, scientific, and technical alignment for the assigned Pfizer Business Unit portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic/Policy: Provide strategic insights for ethical product promotion.

  • Operational: Oversee medical initiatives, brand plans, CME materials, and engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).

  • Clinical Research: Develop and review protocols, assist with NDAs, and manage publications and data interpretation.

  • Medical Information: Deliver accurate, policy-compliant medical information.

  • Sales Force Training: Train sales teams on medical aspects and new product launches.

  • New Product Planning: Support market research, stakeholder mapping, and product evaluation.

  • Regulatory: Assist in product registration, labeling, and adverse event reporting.
