Roles and Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Coding.

• Assign diagnosis and procedure codes for the patient charts.

• Ensure 95% quality on production.

• Adherence to the company's Coding Compliance policy/plan internal and External (clients)

• To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager

Experience and Qualifications:

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.

• Relevant experience /qualifications in allied professions may also be considered.

• Preferably at least six months to one year experience working in a data management role within research, pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
