Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Site Selection Leads to align with project goals and ensure timely, high-quality site identification and engagement

  • Identifying potential study investigators/sites through databases, local intelligence, and other resources, ensuring proper data management and quality checks

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with investigators, sites, and networks across assigned regions or therapeutic areas

  • Conducting phone selection visits and collecting country-specific data to support site feasibility and decision-making

  • Ensuring data accuracy and completeness in all relevant systems to support continuous knowledge building and informed site selection

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Study Start Up, CRA Management, and other stakeholders to gather site-level insights and support data-driven decisions

  • Tracking investigator feedback and documenting reasons for site selection or de-selection in compliance with applicable procedures and regulations

  • Supporting new team members and contributing to a culture of continuous process improvement and excellence

  • Acting as a country-level expert on healthcare settings, standard of care, and site capabilities to guide strategic site outreach

  • Ensuring regulatory and confidentiality standards are upheld throughout all site interactions and data handling

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a life science or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical research environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders

  • Good judgment and decision-making capabilities, with attention to detail and data quality

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and relevant data systems

  • Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency are an advantage
