Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach using telephonic systems to providers who have not submitted requested medical records

  • Investigate and document reasons for non-participation or inability to provide charts

  • Educate providers on the importance of chart retrieval and the process involved

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach activities and outcomes

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or leadership as needed

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in international contact center, healthcare, customer service, or provider relations

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or medical record systems

  • Proven problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualification:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
