Roles and Responsibilities

• Job Responsibilities:

  • Transcribing recordings from doctors, medico-legal professionals, and healthcare teams

  • Converting medical data from ER visits, medico-legal documents, and comprehensive chart reviews into highly accurate records

  • Ensure proper spelling, grammar, and consistency, adhering to medical terminology standards

  • Reviewing and refining transcriptions by referring to the resources like Steadman's, Quick Look, and American Heritage, etc. HIPAA compliance is a must.

  Requirements

  • Proven experience (more than 2 years) in medical transcription field after completing training and certification

  • Ability to transcribe audio recordings from physicians, medico-legal professionals, and other healthcare providers with an accuracy of above 85%

  • Proficiency with transcription software and medical terminology

  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and spelling

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage challenging audio files
