Job Responsibilities

Content Development & Visual Design

  • Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for advisory boards, training modules, and marketing materials.

  • Convert complex medical data into clear, concise, and audience-friendly narratives.

  • Assist in writing and editing non-clinical medical communication content under the guidance of senior staff.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and compliant with specific project requirements and medical guidelines.

  • Incorporate internal and client feedback to refine content while strictly adhering to project timelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure deadlines are met and scopes are understood.

  • Coordinate with Graphic Designers to align visual elements with scientific text.

  • Collaborate with Senior Medical Writers to learn best practices and maintain high editorial standards.

Required Qualification & Skills

  • Educational background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or related fields

  • 0–2 years of experience in medical communications/medical writing

    • Freshers are welcome if they have completed a medical writing or medical communication course

  • Strong command over the English language (written and verbal)

  • Excellent PowerPoint and slide design skills (very important)

  • Ability to understand medical concepts and present them in a simplified manner

  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good to Have

  • Prior exposure to medical communication agencies

  • Understanding of pharma, healthcare, or life sciences content

  • Familiarity with client-facing deliverables
