About the Role

The Project Specialist is a key member of the Project Support Team, and the role has an established professional career path for high performers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the PMs to manage project deliverables, cost control and risk management activities.

  • Ensure set up and ongoing maintenance of operational project plans, timelines and study tracking tools and systems as required.

  • Take a lead role to provide support services to the team on regional studies while coordinating with the regional Clinical Support teams

Experience and Qualifications

  • Graduate in a Clinical or Life Sciences related field and ideally 1- 2 years’ experience within the clinical research industry. Experience working in the pharmaceutical, CRO or healthcare industry would be advantageous.

  • Previous experience in a Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) role would be highly regarded

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office and experience with managing multiple databases

  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on reaching a quality outcome

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage time and high-volume workflow effectively

  • A proactive approach to work and a willingness to help improve inefficiencies

  • An ability to work flexibly as part of a team and with a variety of internal and external customers
